Courses at the ITL Program

A important component of the ITL Program mission is to provide exceptional resources that support engineering education at the University of Colorado Boulder. To achieve that goal, the ITL Program offers physical spaces, logistical assistance, and faculty and instructor guidance in support of the College of Engineering and Applied Science.

From our expansive learning plazas and collaborative classroom settings to our instrumentation labs and hands-on engineering facilities, the ITL Program offers support for faculty, instructors, and students in order to help them achieve their coursework and research goals.

Request a Space

If you'd like to work with us to reserve a classroom or learning space here at the ITL, simply fill out our ITL Room Request Form and a staff member will reach out to assist you.

We also try to accommodate, to the best of our ability, more expansive requests. Please contact itlp-scheduling@colorado.edu and we'd be glad to figure out how to work together.

Information for GEEN 1400: 1st Year Projects

The ITLP hosts a Design Expo every semester to showcase student projects. Stay tuned for updates and further information on our Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 Design Expos coming soon.

The course textbook for GEEN 1400: First Year Projects is a great reference book for introductory design courses. The whole book, Introductory Engineering Design: A Projects-Based Approach, can be found online through the Engineering Plus Program.
